About Me
My personal life experiences inspired me to pursue a career in mental health counseling. As a mother of three diverse, incredible people, and now a grandmother, I’ve learned how to look at life with a broad range of perspectives, an open heart, open mind and respect for how we all live our lives so differently. As a therapist, I consistently try to keep those ideals and life lessons foremost in my mind while working with clients.
